Questions
Per building. It covers common-area electricals — lobbies, staircases, parking, pumps and the common distribution boards. Work inside individual flats is charged separately.
Contract buildings get priority on the callout. Ring either number and we come out before general jobs.
Labour and inspection are included. Materials — tubes, fittings, MCBs, cable — are billed at cost unless the scope says otherwise. That is agreed in writing before the contract starts.
